On the occasion of its 400th anniversary, Quebec City invites you to celebrate its culinary heritage with its top chefs and great cuisine masters from around the world, who will team up to create dining experiences of unequalled refinement within the welcoming walls of celebrated host establishments.

 

Québec Gourmande is a festival of the senses designed to celebrate the culinary heritage of the historic city of Quebec and the excellence of its chefs.

The presence of the most widely acclaimed chefs in the world aims to create a synergy between local talents and great cuisine masters of our times. Each guest chef will join forces with a designated local chef to prepare a full gastronomic meal in one of our acclaimed host restaurants, and will meet with young upcoming chefs to share views on the world of cuisine and plan future apprenticeships.

Every year Québec Gourmande will extend an invitation to guest chefs, to help our local talents raise their art to new levels and promote Quebec City as a unique epicurean travel destination.

The legacy left by master chefs will contribute to the development of our culinary heritage, for the benefit of the population of Quebec City and the entire continent.
